Wipro has started a fresher hiring program called National talent hunt(NTH) to attract young engineering graduates across the country by providing the employment opportunities they were searching for. So if you are an enthusiastic engineering graduate in search of a job this opportunity is just for you!!

The procedure to get through NTH for an eligible student is -registration followed by an online assessment followed by a business discussion which may or may not lead to an LOI (Letter of Intent) and offer letter based on your performance.

  • Online Assessment: The Online Assessment is a crucial round that comprises 3 sections:

    • Aptitude Test: (48 mins): This is a time-based test and each section is allocated a specific time. This involves questions to test your Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English (verbal) Ability, and Basic Programming and Computer Fundamentals.
    • Written Communication Test: (20 mins): Mostly an essay writing test.  
    • Online Programming Test:(30 mins):  Two programs for coding in the language of your choice from Java, C, C++, or Python. 
  • Technical Round: This round involves technical questions and coding problems from various domains. To maximize your chances you should be prepared with Data structures and Algorithms, DBMS, Operating systems, Networking, OOPs concepts, and a programming language of your choice.
  • HR Round: This is the final round of the  recruitment process. HR will check your communication skills, confidence, and body language. There will be typical HR questions.
